I found an Easter Egg in one of the houses in Orick, California Competitive mode. You can't go into the house, but you can see it by jumping and looking through a window. I actually found it via Death Cam :P

umm yea tht totem was alrdy found without glitching, i forgot who found it, but they were busting out Grim Nests and one of the totems appeared........and the teddy bear, thts probably in one of the houses because there is alot of childish stuff in that leve. (slides swing, rocket ship) etc.....i still wonder bout the bear though, because in Restsinace 1, there was a glitch to see a bear too........very nice glitch though
