I mean in hellfire Frollo sings about him fantasicing about him n her sleeping together, and if she didnt marry him then she would burn in hell? But I guess kids dont really understand that stuff, but i was watchin it with my family and my mom was like "I never like how adult this movie was." and by the end i agreed lol. As a child, I only remember watching this once, I may have watched it more but I don't know. before I watched it again after I grew up I could barely remember anything about it. About the only thing I could remember was this scene, and for some reason I believed he was chasing her because he wanted to take Quasimodo away for being so hideous so he could kill him. @MrThecookiemonster2 the gypsies were treated badly for many of the same reasons as why jews were. they had different religious practices, they looked different, acted different, dressed different, refused to assimilate into society. To put it simply people saw the gypsies as gears that did not mesh with the rest of society. People are naturaly afraid of what is different to them because they see it as a threat to their way of life.
