Wow, just wow. Simply amazing. I only just started getting into these guys a few days ago and I'm already falling in love. These guys have such passion for music, you can hear it in every note. Amazing. New favorite band right here :)
hey everyone please look up on my band Cascade were not very big now look us up on facebook or look up cascade-the blind cant hear on youtube. if you like please come to our show at the boardwalk in orangeville feb. 3rd!!!! thanx awsome ppl
the record quality over the studio album sucks, i mean its unproffesinal... music is luoer than the words and i cant hear a things, this guys must change thier record label! they are amazing
@ItaroyaN I agree that the words are hard to hear, and I didn't like it at first. But now I think it gives it more of an relaxing ambient feel... could be just me though!
meaningful music is hard to come by nowadays.. im so glad that i found this band.. (thank you Thrice for having them on your tour and thank you MM for being so damn talented and putting all your heart into it)
this reminds me of the first time i heard Thrice. it was an amazing sound that i never imagined before and i instantly hit me hard. same thing with Moving Mountains; this is... i don't even have words for it. and it will always last forever =')
This song is by far the best I've heard in a long time. Not only for the music itself but for the emotions... I mean when I listen to that lyrics is like "Oh, wow." and that part about the "worst thing of all" makes me wanna clap like mad.
with Thrice in November. Yes. A must see concert finally. those two bands will go together so well and i believe most Thrice fans will see what true talents these guys have. (@2:36:bloody amazing- nearly dropkicked a midget!)
Hey, I work for a small music blog called Put a Bird on It Music and will be interviewing Moving Mountains at the Warped Tour tomorrow (8/13/11 at the Gorge in WA). Instead of doing last-minute research on all the bands we're interviewing and asking the same re-hashed questions, we figured we'd reach out to fans for any real questions they wanted asked :) reply in the comments or PM me with questions for MM, if you do the latter I can send you a link to the interview when its done! Thanks!
i just saw these guys at warped yesterday. they seemed a little new to the big crowd that was there but put on a really good show. i like their sound. its real mellow but really good.
Man i cant explain how much i love this song or how it means so much to me. There truly isnt any other band out there that can compare to the feeling and sound moving mountains is able to make. They are the most unique band that can express any feeling, any idea, through music. If you confused about a situation and you dont know how to feel about it i suggest listening to this band, i promise that you will find your answer and along with it solace. MM
Wow, I remember listening to this band when they only had there first album, and they were still so indie and unheard of, and i could never understand why. Their music is so unique and original, and takes you on a journey into their deepest emotions, I'm happy they are finally getting the recognition they deserve. Moving Mountains FTW
Gotta be my favourite track from the record and sounds just as good if not better live. And what's with the weak cheer afterwards? I'd be fucking squealing LOL
@Jaytothecore Sometimes, when I see a band that just moves me and does something to me, I can't scream and shout. All I can do is stand there and look at them and realise that yes, that did indeed just happen. And I hope that they can see in my eyes my adoration for their music and I go home in almost a trance, hardly capable of believing I just saw what I saw.
I have that same connection with music. Learn to accept others instead of putting them down. It saves you a lot of time and effort, and it will make you a better person.
