You probably had great communication with your parents. A lot of kids I knew growing up, I suspect, had trouble expressing their emotions. Quite frankly I'm sure some adults have the same problem. I think it's why some of my friends homes felt tenser than others growing up.
Hmmm, they teach kids how to deal with their emotions. While this might destroy the emo population outright, why the hell do you need something like this? My parents taught me how to deal with my own emotions. I'm fine.
Maybe your parents raised you right in whatever decade you grew up in, CBGB (A venue kids growing up today will never get to experience and let loose in). Most of the parents I know are feeding their kids all kinds of pills cause they don't know how to deal with their kids emotions - at least this is one method parents can turn to as an alternative to dangerous brain medication
I'm growing up now. I'm only fourteen, and that thing with the pills is a real problem. But this almost makes it seem like the world is really rooting for you, when all most people care about is themselves.
That vid is fine, i think the dolls look cool for kids (I have 4 nephews with two more on the way). Plus, the message is on point, I know I grew up w/ too much video games and tv, and that was the nineties!

I found life to be easy when I was a kid.
I never understood videos that said that it was hard to be a kid.
