Almost always people are charged with the maximum charge possible for an offence by police, and in some areas due to poor performance by police, i.e domestic violence or racism, they are actively encouraged to charge for certain offences. All initial charges can be changed and very often are, to lesser offences. In this respect, the police are to blame for this due to poor and racist policing in the past.

Almost always people are charged with the maximum charge possible for an offence by police, and in some areas due to poor performance by police, i.e domestic violence or racism, they are actively encouraged to charge for certain offences. All initial charges can be changed and very often are, to lesser offences. In this respect, the police are to blame for this due to poor and racist policing in the past.

Just one observation. The unconverted often stop watching as soon as they think the message is extreme. In your last video you started talking about white supremacy and then refuted it and put a moderate view forward. I guess you lose a lot of potential converts at the beginning who won't watch the whole video. If you could try to start with something that hooks the unconverted it might be easier to get the message to more people. We need to preach to the unconverted.
