His last name is Silverstein, and yet he's spent his entire career omitting that fact. I remember when the Diceman went ballistic when Jackie Martling pointed that out on one of Stern's broadcasts.

He reminds me of certain professional wrestlers who can't separate their wrestling persona from their life away from the camera. Even as a kid, I found his hickory dickory dock routine to be lame. If he spent less time on perfecting his Italian persona and more time on delivering irreverent humor, he might have been a relevent comic.
