How to resolve it:
reset the bios and the computer will workin normally me this i do and working

Either hard drives bad, no OS is installed, BIOS has hard drive disabled, or boot order is not set correctly

Is there a disk in one of the CD drives? That message usually comes from having a nonbootable disk inserted.
