A very good way to increase your sales on eBay is to have a personal site aside eBay. Not only you will have a huge number of visitors, but you won't pay for commissions. I can sell yo a business like this! If you have some money but want to increase your profit easily, you should check this out: motorola defy shop .com (search just like that on eBay!)

you only need a tax id number if your a business thats licensed or corp. that has employees ..also if you sell on ebay an make over $600 a year have to file a return. Get a 1099 misc. form for this. If not you will in the future will be audit ..cause ebay has to turn all there ifo over to the Goverment on sellers ..

Spriggs, there is very little financial benefit, but that little icon says to buyers "I'm legit, I know what I'm selling, trust me."

you need to sell more than 1000 dollars in products or 100 sales on 1 month for 3 consecutive months.
