um you can actually kill civillians, and get coke from them(not alot probably about 20grams) and their money(again not much). The thing is Tony can't kill him but his driver, enforcer, and the killeryou can kill people easy, oh and you won't get anything out the people walking on the street, they have to be sitting or around, so find a hotel, car shop(I think its Gaspars) you can go on rampage and won't attract cops in close buildings(only) on street or bank cops come quickly.

When you point your gun at people who arent bad tony just says somthing like im better than that or somthing and it wont let you shoot.

the real easy way of money making is get to a large suplier around 250000 you beter have no gang heat becuase gang heat wil give you not so many drugs 0 gang heat is 30kg drugs you buy them for 250000 take them to a storehouse(the islands are ful of pirates dont look at map but just on screen and if you see a boat make a large way around it.you better take the attack boat believe me take the load to a store housse(i admit that havana storehouse is the best)then begin distributtion.

The good thing about this game was the replay value. I def had the feel i wanted to play this all the way till the end of the game. But i also jumped on when i was bored just to drive around and do side missions. Is it Grand theft Auto? No. But if its 20-30 bucks and your looking for a game to kill some time i would recommend it. And ++ buying points if you are a scarface fan :P

Actually you can do either. But certain unlock-able cars you can only purchase through Tony. Those are only available when you call your driver.
