everyone is looking for a 'fast' way toget 'ripped'... there is no way you can get that ripped fast. It takes dedication and mental strength to push yourself through every single rep you do. You have to be determined to get stronger. I lift eveyday not just 3 or 4 days a weak but everyday of the weak. for an hour to two hours because i want it. i want to be there. and this goes with everything else in life. You have to be determined and want to be successful and success will come.
If you can't do pull ups try doing negatives where you basically jump on the bar and keep your chin above the bar as long as you can or some gyms have weight assisted pull up machines
@BojislavPushka How could it be four if he told me that after two weeks your body wil be used to this workout and no longer change because you''ll have enter a plateau
I wonder why so many guys on youtube exercise clips can't give another guy a compliment about their physique without the 'Im not a homo' comment............
The video and exercise is great in building muscle. A proper nutrition and efficient diet in order to loose fats. I do know a link of a site that helps you build and gain lean muscle and achieve the looks you ever wanted. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but I posted in on my profile.
@mrlemonhead54 I bought it last night, its got videos and is straight to the point. kinda annoying to download though. ask me in a few months if it works!
@TheJoshii17 Yes dumbbells are better in the sense that they target more muscle fibers and they stimulate and work a whole lot more stabilizer muscles, thus providing you with more control and balance, and targeting/sculpting better. It's good to vary your days though, sometimes use the barbells, and sometimes (usually) use the dumbbells. I hope that answered your question. :)))
lol you see guys benting over .. looks at the guys bentin over their back and look at mine back... arnold schwarznegger is bentin over... But i do both, both is good.
I very rarely can ever say this to anyone, but your form is impeccable. Seriously, I work in Ph Therapy and seldom do I see people put so much emphasis on form like you do, I wish everyone on YouTube who workouts could watch this vid and takes it's advice. Putting 120 lbs of weight on a curl bar and doing it wrong does you no good, but with good form, you will see and feel the results. Very well done video Brandon.
So dude can you do all these exercises in a week? Workout one day, then the next rest? then again the next day? Can you switch em up? like do chest on tuesday, then next tuesday do shoulders? Fuck can somebody help my ass out?
@Davide131 I had the exact same question in my head right now ...I think these exercises should be done all in a day for 3 times a week...or at least this is the way I'm going to do it :)
@kaa3164 two years tops. if i had more discipline i'd make a video series to prove that :D but i'm sort of lazy! I've just quit smoking, and started working out (3 weeks now, working out twice a week) and well, i already see great results (132 lb --> 141 lb with about 2/3rd of that being muscle mass gain). So imagine working out 4-5 days a week with 6 meals a day (i eat a lot, but not on a strict diet)
Kudos! I find it hard to do to find proper balance between cardio/muscle and diet.
I eat too much, I build muscle but it don't show coz I'm getting fatter, eat too little and I'm burning my muscles. Hard to find that inbetween. My experience :) Great vids, keep it up.
@yammybo nooooo, it is not the same video!!!! the one you paid for is WAAAAAAY longer and has WAY not exercises! it is also slip up by day!!! plus it came with an Ebook with all my diet at training information the ebook is really the most important part because the diet will account for over 80% of your results!
actually, 36 % of Americans are overweight according to the centre for disease control and prevention. There are all kinds of numbers out there from 80% to 20, but there not very reliable. Soo, your both wrong, now im questioning YOUR eduation level. lol. Doesn't feel good does it.
@looco08 OK well there is a big difference in the data you gave and the data I gave. The data you gave is directed towards Americans ages 20 and older. The data I gave includes the entire population. 16.9% of 2-19 year old Americans are obese or overweight. Well if you take the 36% plus the 16.9 and divide it by 2 to find the average you get about 26%. So, I think mine of "roughly around 23%" is still pretty educated. I still feel pretty good about my education level.
@MrDneu82 Your splitting hairs pal. You seem to be arguing that the United States of America does not have a problem with obesity. Do you know what 26 % of 310 Million is ? lool. Its the fatest country in the world. Congrats. Enjoy your cheeseburger.
@adil2552 in my case, i had to do cardio on an empty stomach. i used to eat before my 630am workouts and felt sick every time sometimes throwing up. i stopped eating before my a.m. workout and it completely went away. although i do drink lots of water before (curbs the hunger and is essential) but thats just me

Hey man good vid.. I just want to ask you about consistency.. I tried this weight lifting before for a few months and I didn't notice any change in my body shape. I do have a multi gym but it's not very good and I use toolboxes for bicep curls. I'm 17 how long would it take for me to get ripped and would I have to do it every day?
And the BOSU exercise he was trying to explain IS working your core (abs). The lateral rotations will hit the obliques very well and the ball raising up and down is using his retus abdominus and erector spinae muslces in his back, even though he is not flexing and extending his truck they are still being worked by fighting the bending motion, although it is more shoulder oriented, the mere balance aspect of the exercise makes it core stabilization.
hey Brandon, in your other videos you tell us to make 10-12 reps, shouldn't you make less reps if you want to gain muscles fast, or will they still come fast by making more reps?
@Speraful Muscle hypertrophy (building muscle fibers) is what you are talking about and you can build plenty of muscle in the 10-12 rep range, but I wouldn't go higher. Stay between 8-12 reps, make sure it's heavy and hit a failure set once in a while (doesn't have to be all the time).
Hey man, before I watched the video I've been doing something very similar to this. I have time on my hands and I have been doing, only problem is I'm not very consistent because somedays I will do something different and I won't do weights and H.I.I.T.. If I really wanna see results should I stay consistent and just do this everyday? I'm really trying to burn fat and I'm starting to get discouraged and I'm worried that this won't workout for me.
I've only got dunbells, ab king, and bench press, so im limited to the amount of exercises i can do, im really amped to get big before summer, though gym is too expensive, so working out at home is my choice
Brandon..I dont really know you but I weight like 106 pounds....does drinking protein and intense workout can really help me to gain up to 206 pounds???? please reply...thanks.
