  • I had that kit in the early 80,s,bummer to see that Tamiya still hasnt fixed the gaps in bow armour fit, right fender and lower sidewalls and that these modellers havent thought of contour putty as a remedy.Very pretty and talented girl modeller!

  • what a ugly tank;not even a tank but tin can.

  • Im Impressed of her! A Woman who build model Kits! Amazing!!!^^

  • As an aircraft modeler, I liked the way that she introduced the sag into the rubber track. So many finesse modeling moves really are simple when you see them demonstrated, though you'd probably never manage to think them up on your own. I'm also entertained by the way that English words just pop up out of nowhere, when there's no suitable Japanese equivalent. Caterpillar for the track, pin vise for the (well) pin vise. Finally: How does she not spill any paint on her nice clothing???

  • she looks like the news lady of of family guy

  • in the end of pacific war more than 28,103 type 97a/b were destroyed by american sherman and 1,340 by russian t34. but non of russian/american tank were damage.... way to go japs

PS: japs lost total more than 40,000 tanks with no single kill....

  • @hanrinch

Where you got those wacked out numbers !? O_o Japan didn't even have, or produced that many tanks.

  • it's according to us pacific fleet and KGB in post war investigation that estimate more than 2,000 tanks in mainland japan and over 5,800 in manchuria still operational(including type 89/92/95/97 and type 1~3) these jap tank may seem many but non of them prove to be useful in heavy armor combat...

  • There is the type 97 chi ha just few hundreds meter from my house.

  • Japanese people make good stuff.. Good cars, nice electronics and nice toys

  • shes making a little tank shes so precious can i collect her?

  • good job

  • es fantastico yo tambien tengo maquetas espero tengas la oportunidad de verlas algun dia hasta pronto

  • The only thing this kit needs is Friulmodel track links to structurally accesorize it.

Metal track links beat the rubber bands that come with this kit any day, giving realistic sag on return rollers.

    It's a great kit otherwise.

  • How did that track trick work?

all she did was put wre on certian places to force sagging.

    Anyone?

  • The type 97 ''Chi Ha'' is a shit. Its suck!

  • she's ma type, beautiful and liked to model!

  • lol...id love to watch this modeller do a build off against some of the guys commenting ,,, i know where my money would be,,, she is an excellent modeller... and although the chi ha was a really bad tank,,, id still take it over your shermans or panzers... it had character by the bucket loads

  • Her finished tank piss me off. She could have did much better than that. What a waste of chi-ha....

  • Why a lady feels interest with military modelling? She must be weired!

  • obviously a man is showing her how to do it

  • Nice one, I love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • The worst tank in WWII. Think what would happen if the Americans brought a Tiger Tank from Western Front;;;;;;

  • Id never imagine a girl with a cool hobby like that to be that smoking hot.

  • Get your head out of you ass.

    Not everyone is a stereotype.

  • Oh settle the fuck down tubby. Go sniff some more glue.

  • Tanks were mostly useless in jungle fighting but in 1944 Brits hauled a Sherman uphill with ropes to strike a decisive blow in Kohima-Imphal battle against Japanese invasion of India.

  • I don't care what ppl call em, japs, jappy, they are still pretty hot, no mather what they are called.

  • Tanks a lot for nice nerdy girls! :-)

  • Did any Japanese tanks ever knock out a Sherman?

  • Probably yes. In Birma when fighting British. Shermans were olso used by the Chinise so it had to happen once or twice.

  • the late model type 97 could take out the sherman

  • She sounds like Pikachu.

  • you sound like Mr Clean

  • Dasooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! :) :)

    MISTA SPARKKKLE!!!!!!!!!

  • how imature...

  • That is Mr.Color C309 Green FS34079. She paints this inside where seen from outside. Her name is Miss Tomoe Oogoshi.

  • jap chicks are hot

  • Stop saying Jap

  • Suggoi! That chick got talent.

  • the type 90 is a decent MODERN tank. Still far behind the Leo and Challenger.

The Sherman in reality was a death trap. Not too many positives asside from producability. The Chi Ha was even worse. Sooooo Sherman>Chi Ha. An even weaker gun and shittier mobility.

  • @JAGDPANTHER20 Actually the sherman had many other advantages. It was higly adaptable and just look at some of the things the british did with it. And the 17 pounder one packed a little punch. It was a death trap against a tiger, panther and to a lesser degree a late model panzer IV. But 10 shermans is always better than 1 tiger. In the pacific it was the king of tanks.

  • @JAGDPANTHER20 But in terms of war machines, Sherman is the most versatile, most accommodating, and the most reliable production tanks ever. Linear Detroit developments and massive streamline production lines beat crude Russian workmanship or German piece meal & mad projects everyday.

  • @mercedescl but you gotta amitt that the germans where really creative with their tanks. :)

  • @mercedescl actually the isrealis used the shermans into the seventies owning soviet t55s with just a few upgrades.

  • @JAGDPANTHER20 Shinoto Chi Ha was Japans best serial tank. and it could easily beat an m3 and an sherman ;)

the bad thing is, that most japs tanks were moving fish cans. BUT they also had plans and projects for some REAL tanks they which ones had fucked up all allie tanks in asia. i talk about "typ 91 heavy tank", "typ 95 heavy tank", "typ 4 chi-to" and "typ 5 chi-ri".

  • @JAGDPANTHER20 You're so right! The German nickname for the the Sherman was RONSON, named for the famous lighter, IT ALWAYS BURNS!

  • @Brera011

That nickname was given by its british crew! Germans named early Shermans Tommy cooker!

It is a mythos without any real backround all tanks can burn

In average 82% of the Shermans burned after 1.89 penetrations

80% Pz IV catch fire after 1.5penetrations

    Panther 63% after 3.24penetrations

    Tiger 80% after 3.25pentrations.

During the Normandie campaing only 94 Sherman burned

  • @Brera011

    Myth.

  • @JAGDPANTHER20

Sherman weren't that bad, as the myth proclaim. Much better than the german panzer 2 and 3, which was in active use throughout the war.

  • @JAGDPANTHER20 not if you ask Americans;)Shermans were THE BEST OF THE BEST!!1Fucking american idiots.Germans rule!

  • very creative

  • wooow those japs have really useful tricks, like that track thing... i would never guess how to do that...:P

  • AWESOME! Thanks!
