That's BJ Ward. One of the original voices of Velma. She voiced her in Scooby Doo on Zombie Island, Scooby Doo and the Witch's Ghost, and Scooby Doo and the Cyber Chase.

Well I think she was the 2nd or third Velma. She didn't voice her in the Where Are You Series but she did in the other series in the 70's, & 80's. And I think Mindy Cohn (Natalie from Facts of Life) is the current Velma.
