sadly, in the majority of the industrial dairy world, it's true. Milk products aren't good for you anyway, soy has way more nutrients and it doesn't taste bad if you get the flavored kind. I recommend vanilla or chocolate.

i hate your comment because it is wrong. Soy has way less nutrients, vitamins and minerals not to mentioned is GMO and grown with pesticides. Also it can affect your hormones and make you more feminine, its a low quality protein hardly usable by your body and they use chemicals when they are making soy milk which are detectable in soy products.
