I agree on both sides of commentary on the video. I feel the lesson was spoken too quickly, but I did find it informative. After a certain speed of speech, the listener begins to chase the words that are being spoken rather than the ideas. An obvious and simple suggestion would be to slow it down by a factor of 2 and the concept will be absorbed easier.
