Well for one thing she wasn't picky about who she killed at first. she killed innocent people who had nothing to do with Kira other than expressing their opinions that Kira was wrong on live TV, just to get his attention. And afterward She also told him that she would have no problems killing others who were dating him. Kira (Light) only killed criminals and those who was in his way.

@AuroraMoon light was power hungry jerk who started with good intentions and ended up thinking of himself as a god. Misa is just borderline insane and desperate to please the man who helped ease her insanity(by killing the man who killed her family). Light is much worse in my opinion.

I just happen to be of the opinion that starting out with good intentions is better than being a borderline insane person who simply kills to get what she wanted, (light in this case). The fact that Light wanted to make the world a better place isn't wrong at all. It was how he went about it that were wrong to start with. But really it was the Death Notes that made them this way. Without the Death note, those two would had been normal, good people.

Apology accepted, its always nice when people can be mature about conversation rather than resorting to name calling and flaming. Well, my personal interpretation was that its about a guywho wants to be closer to a girl, long story short. But that aside, I usually don't let gender issues stifle whatever inspiration I derive from it. This isn't a video about Misa per se, so much as the somewhat twisted relationship she and Light share.

I liked the anime. I liked them together and my end product, which is my interpretation. That's all there is to it. Its not about what the writer of the song had in mind, its about what I had in mind. Their interpretation is for their music video.

I have no problem with views that differ from mine. its just how people go about giving them. But I don't think he's ever come out and said what it was about. I had pretty much the same interpretation on it as you though. Well if you think about she killed L, because Rem was only doing it for Misa's protection. Rem didn't care about light but only about Misa's love for light, just think about it L didn't do anything wrong he wants justice like light but light is doing a wrong thing not right at all. In the poor girl's defense, she didn't really KNOW that Rem killed L, and Rem did it to protect her life, because L said that if Misa was discovered as the second Kira then she would be executed.
