I purchased my new CyBook Gen3 with the red leather cover a month ago. I LOVE it BUT it freezes approx 15 mins into reading. Its not the batt as that is still 90 or 100% charged. I have to press the re-set button and then it takes me back to the page I started on in that reading session. SO annoying as I then have to turn all the pages to find where I was up to B4 it froze. Then try to relax and read always anticipating WHEN it will freeze again.

I bought a Cybook Gen3 from Booken.
In less than a week the display stopped working. The unit had not had been dropped, hit, or damaged in any way.
Booken declined to repair or replace the unit under warranty stating, "the warranty does not cover broken parts".
They offered a repair for 100 Euros plus shipping. I suspect this is about their cost for a new unit.
The product seems good, but reliability seems to be an issue. The company ethics also seems to be a major problem.

It's the 350 euro option, but with the leather cover as an extra, so the version you see cost 385 euro. I saw no point in going for the 450 euro 'deluxe' version - the other extras are not worth having imo.

was this the 350 euro cybook or another pack?
cause they dont say they include the cover in the 350 euro price...
