i'm from the states man and i can tell you she's big in baltimore/philly/dc too. just depends on what scene of music you're into - if you go clubbing in that area they love her. if you respect MIA i don't see how you can't give her a chance cause MIA/Switch/Blaqstarr are all helping to produce the album.
