the visual effects in this movie outdo movies coming out even now. It was as if, they knew they were on to something so breathtaking and didn't want to squander it, so they took the utmost time with the design and elements, treating like a newborn baby perhaps. The first is always the best.
I really think the sounds the dinos made helped put them over immensly. They weren't just sourced from stock and each one seemed like a lot of work went into it to make it distinct and personal.
@kwelboss That scene with Alexis and Tim was poorly-timed. Also, the creativity and originality certainly wasn't duplicated by every major creature film, and many films in general, that followed. I tire of hearing sound effects copied. How difficult is it to creat sounds for professional engineers? Make some new shit, for christ's sake.
@incrowdcynic It wasn't poorly-timed at all, if you payed attention. Why are you complaining about lack of originality on a video that documents nothing but originality?
@incrowdcynic exactly where are you know? what major motion pictures have you worked on? what important directors have you worked with? exactly what do you do? if you are indeed credited with any of the previous I will take your criticism into account. if not you are an angry blogger who simply wishes but never does.
