It could have been worse... Remember... at the time this happened kids were still out with bikes and kids were still playing all over the streets-! Those streets are really narrow too and the speed that it took to cause this damage must have been in excess of 60-80 MPH. So... Adding the kid factor.... then this could whole event had every potential of being much much worse than it was.
