It's crazy how many teens (I'm 15 myself) don't take advantage of their age and all the benefits of it and workout. I started working out barely this year and the results come really fast if i do everything right and my recovery is pretty good i have more energy then all my friends during class I'm sharper and better in sports that they been playing longer than me. It's so sad they go to fast food places like right after school...well their lives not min six pack ftw.

@ijan1705 im not lui but u should be in gym less than 50 mins r ur body goes catabolic. if u hit ur chest u also hit triceps so i wudnt hit arms nxt day. n if u hit back u also hit biceps so. i wud do chest triceps 1 day, back n biceps another day n shoulders another day with legs in between each upper body day . r u cud do chest shoulders triceps all together n just do flat bench incline bench n shoulder press n maybe dips w 3 sets each n u should definately rest between sets

In a way that is true, on the other hand you are neglecting a very important muscle - heart. Cardio vascular training targets the heart (mostly larger left ventricle) and vascular system. Now just think for a while - your body gets biger as you gain muscle, but your heart (without cardio workout) stays small and week. Can you make a video on it?

If you're a vegetarian, it's not just soy you want, it's the other beans+rice. Crank up that protein count
