A phantom Company was opened in New Orleans, to aid in rebuilding homes, today 4 years later 66% of New Orleans is rebuilt & all the money sent to aid used to fund the War. Russian rescue teams aren't in Haiti anymore either, they left just two weeks after the quake, because they are rescue and weren't there to rebuild Haiti, so were the Israelis. Your arguments are laughable, and in my opinion, idiotic.
