but a cool thing i did is i got a bag of crushed ice and placed it on my mouth and it went completely numb and i couldn't feel a thing! Try it cuz it works!

i had the old school braces that were bigger made me look like funny

i had two rubber bands and they broke here and their but the pain was all that bad , i've burnt the inside of my mouth with pizza and stuff to much lol and that stuff sucks

step 1. the way to avoid pain

Burn ur mouth with pizza cheese

step 2. repeat untill you dont feel it as bad anymore

i have to do the same, except a lil different. and more difucult, the first rubberband i go from the bottom to the top. then take a second rubberband, and go from the top to the bottom and over like you did in this video. same thing for both sides. yeah it sucks majorly.

you'll notice a little bolt, or nail thing on the top tooth near the canine("vampire tooth") hook it around the bolt and at the bottom tooth there will be a hook at the bottom which you just bring it under.

I was elastics on both sides and these blue hard things on at the back that stops me from closing my jaw (if that makes sense) They're so annoying and becuase of them i have trouble saying S so i say Eths.. Rubberbands hardly snap, I have been on rubber bands for 7 months and they have barely ever snapped, and they don't hurt AT ALL. Its just a funny feeling in your mouth.

The rubberbands don't give you headaches, they have never EVER given me a headache, don't listen to attention whores like these

i have elastics now and i dont think they hurt at all, the first 4-5 days they felt unnatural, then they just feel normal and you dont even notice them, mine dont snap that much either, you just have to change them everday - but i keep 4gettign mine so that cant be good

Thanks 4 the tips, my rubberbands only "attach" from the 1st tooth by the 2 teeth in way front (like urs)on the top, and the way back on the bottom teeth. Thanks 4 that 1 tip about if ur having bad pain and how u should strech them a little b4 u put them on.

Oh and one question - when you talk or open your mouth while wearing the bands, does it feel like there's something pulling your teeth together? Or are the bands really stretchy so it feels like you have nothing on at all?

At first, it feels weird, but they weirdly adjust to your mouth. The position my rubberbands are in make it harder to open it, but there are other ways of wearing them that are easier to open your mouth with.
