  • Do you jewbots know that prototype has 2 ending

  • @Justicar12 jewbots? really?

  • @gamingeagle19 yes jewbots

  • Prototype was linear, gory and very repetitive. Although the powers were AMAZING, it got boring. The ending sucked too. The story was solid but Alex was "an unlikeable wretch" .

inFamous 1 + 2 Had multiple endings, great graphics and great story(s). Powes based off of lightning, gravity, fire and ice. Cole was "A dynamic bike courier"

  • @shikamak Prototype was anything but linear.

  • @gamingeagle19 One ending, one path, one mundane story and one sucky ending. After i beat the game, i asked my sister "That was it?" The 1st few hours were fun and it pretty much felt like a skinny hulk with anger issues to match. Similar to Call of Duty it was all hype but no sense of accomplishment. Im sure people get happy when they see the little achievement/trophy pop up. That was the main highlight of the game, sorry Radical but Prototype is not going to do as well as inFamous 2 did.

  • @shikamak Linear means that you only have one path and one way to play. Shooters are typically linear. Prototype is open world, not linear.

  • uhh infamous prototype is too repetetive and he is overpowered in a stupid way everything is fun at first but after like a week i got bored of the game

  • lol at 6.40

  • @swayaway1 yeah I didn't even hear it when I was filming.

  • I want a game that is fast, has good boss battles, looks and feels awesome, a bit like GTA but a bit more fun with new things, has good replay value and good weapons and stuff. So which is the game for me, inFamous or prototype???

  • @vidman293 both games have all that in varying degrees. Prototype is essentially pure chaos. Fun stuff. Infamous is slower in pace but on a technical standpoint it's superior. Frankly you really can't go wrong either way.

  • @gamingeagle19 thanks, i think ill get inFamous 2 but go with prototype for now, does prototype have good boss battles, is the replay value really good, like just running around and stuff or does it get boring quickly?

  • @vidman293 If you want a fast game with good bosses, great powers, and chaotic action and amazing freedom - go for Prototype.

If you want a newer experience (basically just the electricity) and a good replay value - go for InFAMOUS.

Also, Prototype has some replay value as well, because you can start a new game with all the upgrades you got. Also, because of how much fun it is to create chaos, go free running, finish side quests, etc. you can keep playing it (as I did) long after the ending.

  • I loved prototype when my friend was living in my living room and i have infamous right now. i like both games and plan on getting prototype.

  • Is that Jason Sensation?

  • i pretty much agree with u man.. i dont think u left anything out .. however i just think that prototype for some reason is better, i mean when u think about the powers of infamous and prototype . once you give it some thought prototype's moves are creative and one of a kind.. not saying infamous moves arent good but prototypes moves are easy to control and bigger varieties of them so i will go with prototype .. and it was a good video

  • he got the story-line of prototype wrong =/ "he used to work for gentek when they made a virus which alex was threataning to release, then he dropped it and somehow it spread across the city then they shot alex for being a bad boy (:D) then they sorted out the virus but kept a sample on a human called "elizebeth greene". they started experimenting on alex mercer, he set free elizebeth greene later in the game bringing the virus again but the black-watch & military couldnt sort it out."

  • @hungry69 keep in mind that this was made BEFORE Prototype came out.

  • Prototype>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Infailmous

  • @gtfrde124z uh huh....

  • I already done with Prototype .. I'm wondering if that means " don't buy inFamous it will be boring " .. !!!!

  • fuck Radical for the horrid remake of Crash... FUCK THEM TO HELL!!!! and back to i can piss in their eyes...

    they ruined it..

    Infamous is a great game.

Prototype looks great too from what i see.

  • cool man i like your style

  • you forgot moya

  • Comment removed

  • thanks for the vid man. I bought both games and I stuck to Protype just didn't find Infamous fun to play after a couple hours... it has better graphics but I just didn't find it that fun for some reason.

  • We get RTS's too. and assuming the developer doesn't half ass it they usually turn out pretty well on consoles and end up the same.

I've already said that I know we don't get MMO's but that's minor.

    I don't even know what TBS's are.

  • Turn based strategy, semi-dying genre since RTS is taking over.

  • This flat-out isn't true. Consoles have had maybe one or two RTSs in their history that hasn't been mediocre. This isn't even my opinion. You can't argue this, espicially since you haven't had the chance to play any PC RTSs (I'm assuming).

TBS=Turn Based Strategy= Civilizations, Galactic Civ, Total War, etc.

  • Anyone with a clue of what they'r talking about will tell you RTS does not belong on consoles... so perhaps thats why theres never any good RTS on consoles?

  • Uh... yeah. This is very true. Are you directing this at him or me, because that's the point I've been trying to make.

  • there have been plenty of successful RTS's on consoles dating back almost 10 years. C&C is a notable example. Really all you have to do is change the control scheme to fit a controller and there you go.

  • At anyone reading really, Its fact RTS does not belong on consoles... or atleast should not be on consoles

Mouse and keyboard are just far better when it comes to RTS.

  • I'm not denying that a computer is better suited for RTS's but consoles can handle them as well.

  • Ofcourse,(Directed most from your comment about the controller)

you mentioned CnC which was one of the greatest PC RTS games, Few people ever knew of the playstation ports.

In changing the controll scheme to fit the controller your also removing ALOT of the mirco and you would be forced to slow the pace of the game overrall to fit (simply put controllers cant manage multiple groups of units as well as a keyboard/mouse could).

  • Word limit.

as well as consoles does have a limit on how much it can process at any time (while this depends greatly on the hardware in the PC) and a limited number of RAM, which means you can only have so much happening on a console while you could have so much more on the PC.

Simply put, RTS does not belong on Consoles, Never have and never will.

  • it can process just as well as a high end PC. Why do you think they never need to be upgraded. but like you stated, having a controller means you can't control as many units at one time.

  • With all things taken into consideration.

    No they cant.

On a PC you could have alot more happening on and off the screen then you could on a console

A console CANT be upgraded no matter if it needs it or not since no offcial console company supports or allows hardware trading (other then perhaps Switching the hard-drives as i belive sony does allow that) so that argument is moot.

  • A PS3 is powered by 8 cell processors. Do you mean to tell me that it can't handle a simple RTS? It's idiotic if you think about it.

  • I didnt say it couldnt, I said it cant do as much as a high end computer can.

  • @FrostFireCarbine I would think the main argument for not having RTS's on consoles is the controller is COMPLETELY unsuited for it. Most RTS's aren't really all that resource-heavy.

  • @Otacon237

But most of the modern RTS are above console level to run without significant downgrades in graphics and overrall smoothness.

as for the controller, well yes thats part of why RTS does not belong on consoles, The controller(s) are made for shooters/platformer games (yes i know mouse and keyboard is superior for shooters i know no need to bring it up)

  • @FrostFireCarbine Honestly there's nothing you can do on a console that you can't do on a PC. If it was up to me it would be all pc gaming and no consoles. That way companies would actually compete for game quality instead of jockeying for console "exclusives" and cranking out half-assed games to appease the fanboys of a particular console. A lot of people are missing out on good games because they don't feel like dropping a ton of money for a new console.

  • @Otacon237

Perhaps not, but console also act as a home-enteraiment system (Blu-ray in the PS3 for example) also consoles are ''simpler'', on consoles you never have to worry about wheater or not the game will support X hardware or X software will cause game to crash.

''jockeying'' to consoles? have you seen what crytek has been doing lately?

  • @FrostFireCarbine It's true that they are a basis for home entertainment systems and are easier to use but I am not a fan of giving up functionality in exchange for ease of use. Most console games STILL don't have basic things like mappable controls, save-anywhere features, dedicated server support, etc. Console games glitch and crash too.

What I meant by jockeying is that a company will buy the rights to a game franchise and make it an exclusive. Xbox is especially notorious of this.

  • @Otacon237

Most of the controlls on the consoles are the same a ''default'' has evolved to replace the need for re-mappable keys and quite honestly its working out fairly well as i'v not seen many console gamers complain about the controllers needing re-mappable keys.

Consoles do have dedicated sever support, but few games actully use dedicated severs due to the cost in maintaining them.

Xbox is microsoft, Thats all i have to say about that, there money grabbing need has no end.

  • @FrostFireCarbine Dude I have not met a single person that did not at one time bitch about console controls.

  • @Otacon237

And the only people i'v never met a person who hade an actual valid complaint against console controlls.

Theres alot of people whining for one thing or the other (Little kids that dont want to adapt mostly) but they'r in the severe minority and 1 person complaining in amongst several thousand does not indicate a problem.

  • @FrostFireCarbine Who said anything about kids? Most of these people are adult age, 20 and older. It's not that people are "whining" it's that too many "casual gamers" are content with sub-standard quality, and they're bringing down the industry with them. They're the ricers of gaming, and just because there's a lot of them doesn't mean it's a good thing. Would you jump off a cliff is the "majority" did too?

  • @Otacon237

Okey... Now you just changed the topic... and im confused.

  • @Otacon237 actually most console game have save anywhere and mappable controls. In fact just about every game has those. And PC games glitch and crash too dude.

  • @gamingeagle19

    Not entirely true.

Most FPSes on consoles follow the same or similar key bindings tho, Like push R2 to fire your weapon or press Y/Triangle to interact with objects, X to jump etc..

Due to this theres very little need for mappable controls since the default is easier to remeber and carrys across games.

  • @FrostFireCarbine yes but every shooter I've played has 5 or 6 completely different layouts to choose from if you so choose from.

  • in the UK, ~£350 can buy a lower mid range PC. A higher end Pc is about £7-800, and you'll be able to play most- if not all games- on high. The massive £2000 prices come from pre-built models and those that are on the bleeding edge with custom paint jobs, special (liquid) cooling and multiple graphics cards. Big retailers such as dell are also known for overpriced products. Also, computer components are more expensive here anyway, so don't just double the price to get the cost in dollars.

  • the rasphear caused the explotion in empire city on infamous

  • i got bothe these games, infamouse is much better, prototype is pretty much a remake and update of the incredible hulk ultimate destruction, prototypes story is boring i seriously cant keep track of its mess, infamous story is presented very well and has a great twist that actually makes u feel apart of it, trust me guys, buy infamous for an unforgettable experience and buy prototype to kill some time

  • im surprised this nerd talks so long

  • You're all forgetting that the PC is better than both PS3 and XBox 360.

    ALL HAIL THE MASTER RACE!

  • Only in graphics and graphics dont make a game.

  • No, graphics don't make a game. No one implied they did. The PC is better in most every way, and I'm not exaggerating. I own a PS3, XBox 360, and a respectable gaming PC and I can say without hesitation that the PC is the best gaming experience. Let's see... 1) Mods. 2) Control Scheme 3) Mods. 4) Indie games. 5) Steam. 6) RTS, TBS, etc. 7) Mods. 8) Like you said, graphics. 9) Hell, I even prefer many PC exclusive to modern exclusives. The only upside I can think of to a...
  • so out of 9 reasons, a third of the reasons are mods. Ok.

Then you have steam, which is fine I guess. RTS's are on consoles too and usually work just as well.

Control scheme is opinion. Frankly, I will take a few buttons over a whole god damn keyboard.

Indie games, which usually end up on arcade or PSN marketplace.

Graphics, barely and only with uber computers.

    9 isn't even a reason.

None of your reasons except for 6(barely) aren't even related to gaming. You fail.

  • The mod thing was a joke, idiot.

Control Scheme is opinion. Many people prefer computer, as I do.

I'll say this once and only once: Indie games for the PC are so much better than PS3 and XBox that it isn't comparable.

PCs can pump out better graphics. It's a fact, sorry.

RTSs aren't close to being good on consoles. I didn't even mention the other genres on PC.

You fail, though I do love that you're willing to dismiss my post with totally illogical reasoning.

  • I'd love to hear why you think consoles are so damn brilliant, too.

    It's OK. I'll wait.

  • why bother. You are clearly a PC fanboy elitist that thinks that PC's are the second coming of Christ and consoles are pieces of shit.

but to humor you I will give you a couple of reasons.

One, you don't have to keep upgrading consoles.

two, any genre has and can be replicated just as well on consoles, like L4D or Command and Conquer

three, controllers are much smoother and far less complicated then dozens of buttons.

    graphics are EQUAL.

    that's just a few.

  • No graphics are not equal. You're clearly a fanboy for consoles, so I'm not going to bother either.

I would like to say that the "any genre" shit is just that... shit. You have no idea what you're talking about.

    Let's just stop this, m'kay?

  • yes they are. Name and show me one game. Just one that looks immensely better on PC's than on consoles. Just one.

and how about clarifying on how "any genre" can't be on consoles again if you can. you seem to be in quite a rush to end this debate. Why. Scared I'm winning.

  • I'm in a rush, because we're wasting our time. Neither of us is going to be chaning our minds.

But, just for kicks, the PC has MANY more puzzle games, MMOs, RTSs, TBSs, casual games, adventure games, and RPGs. The PC has more games in general. Usually these games aren't even attempted on consoles. When they are, they either require a weird control scheme (End War) or just suck.

I'd argue that the PC is better for every genre except perhaps sports games, but I'd run out of space here.

  • consoles have the same probably even more games than PC's. Sure you get MMO's but that's one genre. We have every other genre in existence.

  • Yeah, but usually it's a very, ver reduced version.

And what's this "we" buisness -- I'm not on a side here. I love my consoles. I'm just saying, from what I consider to be a subjective view, I think PCs are a better gaming experince.

  • in what way are they reduced. In my experience minus mods they are the same game.

and you said modding was easy. That's why I made my statements. Perhaps you mis-typed.

  • Perhaps the few games that make it muliplatform are similar, but again, the best RTSs, TBSs, MMOs, etc, hardly ever make it to consoles. Usually, consoles are stuck with either "beginner" RTSs like Halo Wars or mediocrity like End War. I'm sure you can find one or two exceptions in the history of console games, but I think you see my point.

I didn't mis-type, I think it was just a miscommunication. "Modding" refers to the act of someone adding already established user made content to a game.

  • 1)mods are moot since both consoles (360,PS3) does allow MINOR modding (i.e creating maps and the PS3 does allow modding on UT3 i belive)

    2) matter of prefrence i dont like mouse and kb for shooters.

    3)see 1

    4)dont know what that is

5)oh yes a data miner with games... Brilliant.

6)both of which exist on consoles

    7)See 1

    8) graphics dont make a game.

    9) opinion.

  • And on the note of modding: The only (yes, only) reasonable map editor on a console is Far Cry 2's. And that even had a better PC editor. I don't think you really know what modding is, honestly. There is ZERO legal modding on consoles.

  • ''Mod or modification is a term generally applied to PC games, especially first-person shooters, RPGs and real-time strategy games. Mods are made by the general public or a developer, and can be entirely new games in themselves, but mods are not standalone software and require the user to have the original release in order to run. They can include new items, weapons, characters, enemies, models, textures, levels, story lines, music, and game modes''

    wikipedia defention of gaming mods.

  • a few reason why Console (in most cases PS3) are better

    1)controllers

2)the fact that i dont have to sit on an uncomfortable chair and stare at a small screen

2)Less costly (no hardware uppgrades, other then new controllers for more people)

3)The console community is less elitist and less hostile to beginners then the PC one is.

4)less focus on graphics mean that we have better storylines and gameplay from the games we get.

  • 1) You can use an XBox 360 controller on the PC. Easily.

    2) Everyone has a PC anyways -- that's the way I look at it. Why not shell out 250 more for a gaming one? Same cost as a console.

    3) Less elitist, more "frat boy". No thanks.

    4) That is hilarious. Seriously. I hope that even console fan-boys can acknowledge that this is horse shit.

  • 1) Which means you need consoles help. lol.

    2) That's idiotic. Most PC's already cost hundreds of dollars. So you are already paying more than consoles, and like I've stated before you don't have to keep upgrading consoles either.

    3) "Frat boy"? Okay pal. Keep lying to yourself.

and yes reason number 4 was stupid. The only thing PC's have an advantage over is modding. That's it. And even then you have to know how to do it which I bet you don't know how.

  • Frat boy may be a misconception about console gamers -- in that case, elists shouldn't count against PCs.

You actually do have to upgrade consoles -- almost as frequently as PCs. One PC's base cost is 850 dollars with everything, if you're smart enough to do it yourself. That should last 2-4 years. XBox's life cycle is 5 years. Not that much more.

In regards to 1), I prefer PC's set-up, like I said. I'm just saying you have the OPTION -- unlike on consoles.

  • so 850 dollars plus upgrading every couple of years is the same as 250 dollars with no upgrades ever at least until the next consoles comes out many years down the road.

  • Or at least that's what I've always heard modding used as. Of course it's hard to do.

I'm going to post some misconceptions about PC gaming, and I hope we can't put this to rest. I'm not seeing how these are even arguable. I didn't write these, mind you, but they're amazing points.

  • wait these aren't your reasons? you got that from a website. That's weak dude. Think for yourself.

  • illistrating the fact that I'm not in the minority here. You seem to think I'm the only PC gamer here -- I'd argue that most people who have given it a legitement shot have enjoyed it.

And on that note, have you ever even had a gaming PC? If not, that would explain a lot here.

  • First off, Its really unfair that you use the Xbox since that console is extremely short lived due to its high failiure rate

Playstation has the lifespan of 10 years, The wii also i belive.

Uppgrade consoles? thats news to me... I cant ever remeber going to buy a new graphics card for my Playstation... hm... Im calling bullshit on this one.

  • I'm implying consoles in general not just the 360. That's just my defualt console to go to since I've had it since launch.

  • yes but still you might want to consider using the playstation for such arguments or even the wii... Since life span arguments with a short lived console tends to backfire on you.

  • only if the 360 gets replaced next year. So far it looks like it will last at least a couple more years.

  • And I don't think you realize how easy modding is. It's as simple as dragging something into a folder. Ever download DLC on your console? Nearly as easy.

  • that's downloading mods dingus. Actually creating mods is not easy.

  • Uh... no. It isn't. No one said it is.

There are hundreds of mods already created for any given game. I can safely say that I've played through 100 hours of mods just on Oblivion alone.

  • yeah but you didn't create them. just downloaded. Talk to anybody who has actually made a mod. It takes a long time to make them.

  • You didn't create DLC either. I'm not seeing your point here...

Any game content will take time to develop, regardless of who is doing it or for what platform.

  • 1, Yes contollers were first used with consoles, but they "evolved" from arcade machines so, there you have it. You need the help of pacman :D But it's a question of preference.

2, But you also need a PC for oher things than gaming if you subtract it's cost from a gamer PC, PC is the cheapest and most up to date gaming system, and they also last around 3-4 years, they can be upgraded but you have to buy a new console.

3, there are douches and nice people on both fronts so that argument is stupid

  • 1) true.

2)Consoles drop in price overtime, while the hardware in the PC becomes to old to give the results they did while at the peak, so why waste money?

3)not really sure what you ment but having a very elitist community hurts more then having an immature one.

    4) no that is actual truth, remeber crysis? what did crysis have? Good storylines? nope, Good gameplay? nope, Great charaters? nope, Over the top grahpics? yes.

  • 4 is moot since they are porting Crysis to the PS3 anyways and the devs have said the console can handle it fine.

  • And i dearly hope it flops, Otherwise we will see no end to the amount of devs MS will pay not do games on PS3 not to mention it can cause the PS3s already scatter'd crowd to go to crysis instead of better games like KZ2..

  • No, they aren't. Crysis 2 is going to both PS3 and 360 and will of course not look as great as it will on a good gaming PC, just like every other port.

  • you are still pushing that stupid argument I see. I haven't seen one game that looks much better on the PC than it does on the console. Crysis will be no exception.

  • ...console is that you get to play them on a comfy couch, but with just a little (and I do mean a little), your PC can be set-up to your TV and an XBox 360 controller if you really want.

I don't see any argument to be made here.

  • I've completed Prototype to 100% and I'm halfway on inFAMOUS and in my opinion is inFAMOUS better.

  • I hope infamous never comes to 360!

You give us L4D and we might think about it...

infamous is better and sooooo much fun!

Prototype is just the same thing over and over again...! Zzzz (Fun in Places)

  • L4D is not an exclusive, i have it on my PC, borring game with bad graphics. infamous is just as good as prototype, but prototype is a bit more violent.

  • yes i have on the PC as well and it is borring!

i would like it to come to the ps3 thou because of the co-op is fun!

prototype gets really borring very fast! the same people to fight all the time...

  • Both of these games were well received by critics and both their sales were great i think both games are cool and deserve maby a follow up.

  • I personally love prototype, and I'm very disappointed that Infamous is PS3 only. I'm waiting for a port.

  • atleast your honest about it mate, instead of being 60% of xbox owners bad mouthing all ps3 exclusives, console's and owners.

  • some people badmouth other consoles for no reason?...Thats kinda pathetic.

  • yes. They are called fanboys and they are EVERYWHERE. I'm surprised you haven't met any.

  • I tend to avoid those areas of the internet. Seems to have worked out pretty well.

  • nice vid btw, thanks for the info =]

  • yeah people do it all the time, ps3 owners arent perfect to we do it just as much back, i like honest people like you i can get a decent info out of about games before i buy them and consoles ect instead of them bad mouthing infamous because its ps3 exclusive they tell me to get prototype because its on xbox then i get it realise its okay but dull and get infamous instead and its alot better.

  • @DragonMagi port?

  • @DragonMagi its not going to happen.Sucker punch only makes games for Sony.

  • @DragonMagi Ya i have a PS3 and i don't get it why make a game exclusive you make more money selling it for more consoles.

  • hey gamingeagle19, Alex Mercer was i scientist working on some sort of cure or something?...and the military was planning on using his ideas as a weapon, Alex finds out, rebels and threatons to destroy New York with it, it some how hits his foot, and it starts there, he gets killed, then wakes up in at the laboratory....

  • why is everybody comparing infamous and prototype and infamous. they are very different games. That's like comparing gears of war with Cars the video game. What the heck?

  • JacksterLark that was stupid!! it`s more like comparing HALO 3 to Killzone dumbass!!

  • you really dont know the story buddy...

    work on your memory...

he was the one who picked up the orb and it blew up in his hands

  • yes I know. I made this in April.

  • oh ok true

was that before the game even came out? :P

  • about a month before.

  • ohhh ok true then

    i apologize then lol

    which do you prefer now?

  • frankly they are both pretty cool.

  • true

personally im a fan of infamous

but i havent really played prototype that much

  • he just firing n firing electric understood

  • infamous is a very poor game he cant grab anything wahahaha

  • have you watch project arms is a japanese manga series you will see what im sayin ok

  • i like the parkour capability in infamous prototype is so easy its hard to die its simple

  • I've got both systems, played Prototype but not Infamous. I'm looking to buy a game this weekend so I'll definitely look into it.

  • INFAIL MOUUS is just a Starwarss unleashed rip off right down to the shaved head and lighting powers.Go to NPD your self 419,000 copies of prototype sold on 360 alone.

  • i wuld b more afriaid of alex than some guy with sparks tha come out his hand, thats how i rate it....prototype is obviously the better choice

  • ok.. i was wrong.. InFamous is the better 1.. only because prototype has stolen almost all for The Hulk games... search the incredible hulk ultimate destruction on youtube.. and you'll see

  • they have similar designs and animations but they were made by the same developer so it's no surprise.

  • i think they should make a super smash brothers/ mortal kombat type game, but with famous 09 charaters and then alex and cole could duke it out =)

  • June NPD Prototype at #1 with 419,000 copies sold. Imfamous at #10 192,000.Prototype wins.Imfamous is just Starwars Unleashed bad knock off with sticky hands lol

  • prototype = 3 platforms

    infamous = 1 platform

    do the math.

  • ehm... maybe you should think.. like gamingeagle19 said infamous is a playstation 3 only but prototype is for pc 360 and ps3.. so if you could use ur brain and think u might figure it out.. try 192.000 X3 then..

  • Fuck You Yongocraft. Sales Dont mean Shit!!!! The Honda Civic Sold More cars than the Ferrari But that doesent make it any better than the Ferrari. Same goes for Prototype and Infamous. Infamous Ownz!!!!!

    PSN: SCARFACE535

  • ok lets see...

New York is small? Go figure.

it's the same size city or just a little bigger

    graphics aren't everything.

    still graphics

Prototype is more fun and action packed with dozens and dozens of powers...

    SO its your fanboy opinion.

  • you were way wrong. They are similar but, infamous is better

  • Prototype is not wannabe infamous its more like the Hulk games

  • You are so wrong about alex mercer, you get to know how it realy is in the end of the game. I promise, You could never guess that it was like that...

  • look at the date this was published.

  • actually prototype is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more complex than infamous, bunch of conspiracies, twists, and a ssurprise ending you really wouldnt suspect

  • Prototype is very a good game. He left out a lot about the the storyline, Lots of it (I dont know if He played Prototype or not but if he did. He really did not pay attention) If he did, I understand very long and you have to watch all the secret/random/storyline videos in the game. The whole game is about you (Alex) finding what happend to u and why it happend. "he has some kind of word a little bit" (if you dont want to know the storyline dont read) SneeksInBass.TakesVirus.ThrusItUnderHim/Died

  • i think prototype is more action packed but infamous got da graphics and looks and gameplay is more smooth u knw. prototype also has all the things u can do init

  • radical was probably talking about the combos when the meant 750 .....PROTOTYPE! SWEET!!

  • well all i have to say is both games are fucking sweet. im a fan of both, but ive played more of infamous so right now i lean more twords infamous but im sure prototype is awesome, ill have to see

  • ohh and yea over 70 dif ways...to use the SAME(only) power yea that wont get boring...

  • cough Activision yea thats not a big name in gaming or anything....radical makes sandbox games thats their nitch. not the other way around.

  • agreed activision is huge they are involved in the biggest gaming tittles in the market right now

  • IF activision make games for 360 they will be small games

  • dude omfg you forgot the most important thing in prototype the infection

  • I don't know if you played the game a bit more and figured this out. But Alex Mercer was an employee at Gentek and threatend to spread the virus to reveal the truth. So they killed him but the virus got loose and it took the form of Alex as he was that day. And now he is a Terrorist

  • To me, I see another reason to say comparing Prototype to InFamous is like comparing Mortal Kombat to DC Universe

  • 5:24 there is 1 that anoys the shit outa me "just need a few more picture"times 8

    (photographer event)

  • infamous get board afther a while

  • Theres also a zombie infection going lose thru out NYC in [Prototype]!

  • wats wrong with shooters? u can like action and shooters

  • who's talking about shooters?

  • troyterry quote from him

" xbox exclusives that are good are just shooters"

i was telling him that shooters and action games can both be liked

  • I see. Carry on.

  • you eat sucker PENIS

  • you eat sucker BLOCKED!!

  • I see what your saying here on why prototype was developed at that quality. Radical didn't have the kind of experience with sandbox games.

BTW I'm playing InFamous as evil and it is VERY awesome.

Do you have any thoughts on InFamous'es sequel and who the enigmatic "Beast" might be?

  • your guess is as good as mine.

  • this guy knows his shit, good job bro :)

  • XxGoHabsGo31xX i would rather have both lol
