But what do you do if they don't pull the food item off the counter? My dog likes to eat the butter off the butter dish...while it stays on the counter and he's standing and leaning onto the counter. Then there's the garbage. I can't put my garbage can into my kitchen sink all the time and my cabinets under the sink aren't tall enough. How do I set up a punishment for that?
