I'm watching this a year and a month after the album came out! I dont think the guys knew how many lives this album would change and that all the pain and suffering will finally lead them to so many new places and a Grammy nomination :)

when Jon started tearing up my heart just melted and I started crying! It was so beautiful and raw to see his passion... it's such a different side of him. I just loved it!

I love that about Switchfoot, they ask themselves if they would want to die singing their songs. While I think that a lot of bands just write a song and end it there. Switchfoot is So incredible, because they've said that it's not about an entire album, it's about each individual song. Seeing that kind of dedication in anything these days is inspirational, to see someone cry about what they do, not for publicity or to be soppy, but because they can't help it. Switchfoot is such a blessing.
