Just wonderin.... how do you think Systema would stack up against MMA? Is it two different worlds of fighting? or coudl they really be well matched up ?

@preach2dastreets It all depends what you are looking for i guess, there is no real such thing as a better style, only what is better for you. I used to be a member of an MMA club and I figured seeing as i was never going to fight in the ring i would find something a little more adaptive to other environments and i guess that is why systema is better for me

I trained with him about 6 months. He and a couple of russian guys are skilled. I think it is difficult for them to teach what they know. Mess around with Vladimir for 5 minutes and test him before talking.
