  • damn you are skinny, i can see a lot of it is muscle though, you must have a real low fat percentage, buy some weigthgainer products and make sure to take in lot of carbs and you will get bigger so fast.

  • Take mass gainer products. Take in at least 4000 calories a day, and drink lots of water so your body can properly digest the protein. Work out everyday, but focus on one muscle group each day. You'll get big, I promise. I put my buddy on a simple plan much like the one I'm telling you. He went from 155 lbs 7 percent body fat to 199 lbs 8 percent body fat. Biceps from 14 inches to 19 inches.

  • @gilman7771 I'm bulking atm, 6 months of my own workouts (mostly machines) I've been happy with my progress. After going through a few routines with my bulky friend and taking on deadlifts, incline barbell bench press and pull up / chin ups my progress in the last 2 months is just incomparable. Never underestimate bench press and dead lifts. Just talking from my own experience thus far.

  • @Sypha14 being fat makes it easier as carrying around the weight makes you build muscle extra naturally to sustain the extra weight, so sculpt away the fat and the statue is there.

  • @GoldenMoses For weight gain you should aim for exercise every single day. Try dumbells that are around 5 kilograms and do those slowly, then increase to 10kg. Also try bench-pressing and slow pushups. Do all these to the point of shaking and feeling nearly sick and you should gain weight the non sissy way.

  • @Xxsuperninja92xX Do incline Dumbell press and flyes, switch it up between using a barbell and dumbbell too! incline works upper chest decline = lower, and flat is middle obviously. doing cable flyes are a great work out for toning thr middle and upper chest too. i Love my lacerations on my chest :) lol

    I study sports and training in college, and a basic myth is that you can devide the chest muscle up in groups. That is incorrect. No matter how much you vari the incline or decline 100% of the chest muscle is used. If you still disagree - consult a professor in sport, cuz most of the guys who run gyms haven't got college degrees. Your "lacerations" are completely natural and is not due to variation. Variation is important cuz it forces you to use more muscles at once, shoulders f.ex

  • @v1tusphoenix i was having simliar things happen but lower ab fat is usually the last to go, you can do lower ab workouts but in the end it is going to come down to the cardio to lose the last bit

    as for triceps you have to remeber they are a bigger muscle then the bicep, so you need to do more exercises to work them, just ante up your tricep routine and youll get it.

  • I aint far off from you, once i get to your size im just going to tone up because to me that is the perfect size. One other thing, the chest is always a problem for me. What exersizes do you do?

  • Good genetics, u r an ectomorph but shape and long muscle bellies...train just bodyweight exercises minimum 1 years,THAN start to a real gym....Good luck rookie ;)

  • According to your height and weight, I say you are under weight about 35lbs. I used to be skinny asian like you so I know its hard to gain weight. My suggestions are to don't rely on proteins too much, eat small meals every two hours, lift smart meaning proper form and technique while targeting specific body part. My favorite supplements are fish oil, white flood, Neogenix Supremecy, any whey protein. Do research and find out what best for you. good luck

  • Im sure u will make fine progress, but if you wanna have even better progress work out legs and back hard, it will give you tons of testosterone and your whole body will be much bigger and stronger.

  • Nice work man : ) One question, you say you are 6'1 and 155lb, was your weight 155lb in this video? I ask because I am 6'4&1/2 and about 195-200lb, and I really can't see where 40lb+ extra is on my body compared to yours lol, even taking the extra 3.5 inches height into consideration.

  • if you have the facilities at your disposal for it, lift- heavy. im talkin 2-3 sets of 3-6 reps. you'll at first be abnormally strong for your size but then you'll fill in and see muscle growth quick. assumong you can force feed yourself well, upto 10 pound in 8 or so weeks.

    you should do light Weights but do LOTS of reps

  • Hey man I have the same body type as you. Tall and thin. I'm about 5'9 153. I'm sure if I changed my diet I would drop about 5-10 lbs. of fat alone. I was wondering what kind of exercise routine you had going. Also what kind of food are you eating? Don't just say "alot" what types?   • Ive been liftin for sometime now, and slowly gettin the definition this guy has got, but the biggest dilemma im faced with is...big and bulky, or slim and toned? because surely there becomes a point when too much muscle is detrimental to a persons health? i.e. i bet this guy (so long as his diet is good) his body will look good at 50-55 whereas...well, need i say, look at arnie. Also, does too much muscle mass cause health problems later in life??
