if you have the facilities at your disposal for it, lift- heavy. im talkin 2-3 sets of 3-6 reps. you'll at first be abnormally strong for your size but then you'll fill in and see muscle growth quick. assumong you can force feed yourself well, upto 10 pound in 8 or so weeks.

Y, great taste, my girlfriend is Latina also. Biceps R her thing, & your arms looked kinda thin relaxed, until U flexed, AMAZING her, with your HUGE ROUND, BALL shaped BICEPS & MUSCLES, (BEATING) me in the arms, as she was suprised, with the before & after flex, staring at the MUSCLES & BICEPS on U, WOW!!

You'll get there man no prob. I was built like you when I was younger. When I was around 21 I packed on lean muscle easily. I'm only 5'9, trying to go for the Spartan look.

@philyfree I agree. But guys who work out, they suffer bigxeria. They have body disorder as well. Once they gain muscles, they think .. bigger is better. Shit. Any bigger, you would look like frodo baggins on steroids. and its DIFFICULT TO MAINTAIN it later as our metabolism decreases as we get older.

Ive been liftin for sometime now, and slowly gettin the definition this guy has got, but the biggest dilemma im faced with is...big and bulky, or slim and toned? because surely there becomes a point when too much muscle is detrimental to a persons health? i.e. i bet this guy (so long as his diet is good) his body will look good at 50-55 whereas...well, need i say, look at arnie. Also, does too much muscle mass cause health problems later in life??
