replace those comps with cvx's or cvr's and run them at 1 ohm on a nice mono amp that pushes 800 rms watts @1 ohm and throw away that cap it doesnt help much if you can afford the system and rims then get a yellow cap batery and new alt way better then a cap...:)

i got a question, i have a single 10 sub with box and i just bought a 12 sub only. If was to enlarge my existing box to fit the new 12 sub..would that work?
@konajgreg65 it will work but chances are it wont be to specs. more than half the bass in a hard hittn system is from building a perfect box. measure the inside of yours. then look up the model and see what the required specs are. U may get lucky

For everyone who hasn't figured this out yet in every video it seems distorted. If you go to BestBuy or something and listen to them that's how they'd sound. This is probably very clean and real life nice set-up!

Seriously? You gotta cap to that little bit of power? Not hatin, but for real dude...unless you have insane amounts of power, you don't need a cap. I know guys runnin 30k watts through 8 18's, and don't need one. Just do it right and upgrade that alternator and power wires.

oh and were did u get your box and how much was it? I just have 2 wedge boxes right now

wohoo first comment haha, dude that new amp makes them hit a lot harder, I just finished my setup in my 93 hardbody, 2 12 inch kicker comps, kicker ks600 door speakers, alpine m500 amp for the subs, and a Dual XPA2500 (which actually sounds awesome!) and I was having alternator problems... Installing the new 80 amp alt tomorrow! Ill film somethin and throw it up. U did a super good job on yours
