  • fantastic closeups, and great music. love the lunar landscapes in the starter. thanks for the recent comments on my videos.

  • Good luck, this was a daunting task I have yet to become proficient in, let alone even somewhat successful with.

  • That is g(b)reat!

  • Hmmm tasty

  • Looks tasty and well-aerated. If they were sprinkled with poppy seeds, would the seeds stay stuck on? Or do you need some milk and egg glaze, or something, to help make the seeds stay on? Hmmm! You'll have to make some Easter Buns, in a few weeks' time, as the ones they sell in the supermarket are so VERY pathetic, nowadays. Mmmmm! Currant buns sound nice! ♥

Hi Georges, I think you have to brush on some egg, I did try putting some seeds to another loaf during the rise ages ago, but they just fell off.

I have seen another vid showing an excellent technique for applying sesame seeds.

The satisfaction I got making and eating these particular loaves was awesome. All I need to do to make it better, is collect my own seeds and make flour, then make a clay oven to bake them in!

Probably just like our ancestors who made bread.
