The most important thing when mixing anything that will go into your body is everything being clean, sanitized.. i.e. clean GLASS table. Also why are you using such a small needle to withdraw the Bac water.. I'm not sure on this video ladies and gents be weary do research.. #justsayin #noshade

its 10cc total. He has it right. It's scary all these people doing videos and they are not doing it right. Read the directions you got from the pharmacy. It's 9 cc water, 1cc mix with hcg.

Did you ever answer Carissa's questions. Why 10 ml for 5000 IUs, I thought it was 5 ml for 5000 IUs, can you please clarify?

@helloelena The amount of bac water you add really doesn't matter. It's a preference thing. What really matters is dosing. If you add 5ml for 5000IU and inject .2 ml you will have a dose of 200IU, but if you add 10ml of the solvent you will have to inject twice as much(.4ml) to get the same dosage because it is further diluted... make sense?

ok- I know Im bothering you a lot but I am so confused. I watched a video and it said to use 5 ml of the water to mix 5000iu of HCG. So, I did that. Then I watched some other videos and other people are saying to use 10. I am so confused. Which one is correct? Then some say the 5000iu will last 23 days, others 28, and some say 40. ????

Intra=muscular requires you to do the injection with a 1 1/2" IM needle. You are doing subcutaneous since you are using the tiny Insulin Syringe that only goes into the fat layer and not into a muscle.

@HCGfatboyslim Oh, so ur saying u have such low body fat that u hit the muscle with the Insulin Syringe? Never thought about that. I'm a woman so I don't think I hit the Rectus Femoris when I inject there with the Insulin Syringe. I do injection on my thighs to get the least amount of fat.

@HCGfatboyslim Actually it doesnt matter how much fat you have on your quad...if you want to do intra mscular injections you need an intramuscular needle! For intra muscular you need to inject the fluid deep into your muscle. A sub-q needle wont do the job. You doing sub-q injections here...even if you are injecting it into your quad.

I mix for 5000iu. I find the best way to do it as to not to contaminate your bac. water is to draw my 3ml of water and put it in my mixing vial. Then draw 2ml of water and put in my hcg. Roll the hcg vial, DO NOT SHAKE, now draw all the hcg and put in the mixing vial. Roll in your hand, DO NOT SHAKE then you are ready to fill your needles and put all your HCG and bac. water in the frig. I personally discard the mixing needle and buy a new one for future use. And I still have fresh bac. water.

I usually mix 1ml per 1000iu of hcg, I thought that was pretty typical.
