I'm almost certain this is not Jan. It doesn't sound like her voice. A bunch of remixes of this song were released under Jan's name but only a few were her vocals. This remix and several of the others are sung by another artist.

Is this really Jan Johnston? It doesn't sound like her? I know she released this song with like 8 mixes, but only like 4 of them sound like Jan, even though her name is on all of them, including this one. Maybe they just slowed the vocals too much so it doesn't sound like her.
