Chris is an awesome singer! I saw him at the Ocean in Hackney with the SAS band for the tribute to Freddie! I relate to Chris in quite a few weird ways, I also love Bruce Springsteen, I also love Queen and have also met Jeff Wayne, the brains behind the musical version of 'War of the Worlds' in which Chris also appears! lol

Any1 who doubts his vocal ability and thinks it can only be appreciated live should check out his contribution to Sarah Brightman's "How Can Heaven Love You". It is barely a duet but in my opinion 1 of his most standout performances. If his emotion doesn't come thru in that performance, then it doesn't on anything else he has done. And what's with the idiots that bothered to watch this and can only make crude comments? That kind of behavior is exactly why the world is the way it is today.

This is Chris Thompson CalibraDS! He was the lead singer for Manfred Mann's Earth Band from the late 70's. He's no longer with the band, but does still play with them on occasion...albums etc...
