If it was legal in MMA half of the silly ass takedowns and submissions would disappear because they leave the back of your head exposed. MMA is the safest combative sport out there man. It's not brutal at all, the only reason this happened in the video was because it's some small promotion, you'll never see that in the UFC. But trust me, there's no such thing as MMA. Pick one sport and do others on the side.
