Danny is feeling strong and focussed for Sunday. He is an absolute machine. I take him for his stand-up work and he is seriously one of the hardest hitting fighters I have held pads for.....
impressive kb workout. One thing, what you are calling snatchs they are clean and presses, a snatch is like the bar bell snatch, straight from the floor to above your head in one movement, not stopping at the shoulder and pressing it up. But that is by the by really. I think i will give this a go, and be in some serious pain afterwards. I have a couple of KB worksets that I do already but yours with a nice mix of all body training will be very hard. What KD size you using in this?! Duffy
Good variety, versatility of a kettlebell workout is well demonstrated. Video does not dwell on one exercise too long and avoids being a boring movie. Good job. Like a lot of these moves.

This was done using a 12kg KB, as we are focussing on endurance. The 16kg KB is a killer.
