It's quite hard but I had the time to add a 6. round^^...and the guy in the black shirt does something like upperbody pushups^^...never seen something like that...your whole body should be stiff and move up and down, no ass up and move only upper half of the body...or am I wrong? =)...
no worries martin. i did that yesterday at the end of an upper body workout and it took roughly 200 seconds. Thanks for your t-nation article and the new book.
