How To: Download Any Flash Video with flashrip in Ubuntu

All you have to do is let the Youtube video complete and then go to ( /temp ) and drag the .flv to your desktop and wala you have the youtube video.

@dyess002 The script basically does this, except that it creates a hardlink. This has the advantage that you can already not have to wait until the download to initiate the copy (of course you still have to wait until the video is fully loaded before closing the browser)
