I just wanted to let everyone know OCPP rescue this chi and she has found her forever home.

the above dog was rescued by OCPP. She will be flown to her new home this week.
I think this was answered but just in case- she has No teeth and when a dog is missing teeth it can't hold it's tongue in. So thats why it is outside. But she does just fine on wet dog food :)

Chis have a lot of dental problems. When they lose teeth the tongue slips out between the gums. It's common and not dangerous.
What shelter - city / state - is she at?
