Very interesting. The Virgin's straight line speed seems to match the Ferrari's along the back straight but its cornering speed is way down in the Ferrari.

awesome videos really nice videos, but you can´t compare a ferrari with a virgin, there´s a looooooot of difference on stability, lateral acceleration, aerodynamics downforce, gearbox, just the engine balance can improve the performance and a clear proof of that is the grid position of those virgins. will be nice to see some comparison vettel-alonso, alonso-massa, vettel-webber, button-hamilton or a random mix of all of them :) including kubica of course :D

@TheDANGERADRIAN I think that's the whole point of these videos - to highlight the massive disparity that is prevalent between the top teams and the bottom teams. Whilst it is an unfair comparisson in terms of speed, the vidoes show just how much the six new cars struggle, and how good the drivers are.

its not that the driving styles are different... its just that the virgin just doesent have the handling that the ferrari has and lucas has to do tons of corrections to keep the car on the racing line
