I have mild CP and I'm 22, in college at University of North Texas, My only the left side of my body is affected, so I don't have the fine motor skils in my left hand/feet and walk with a bit of a limp, and it is really the social stigma that is hard for me to overcome

Hey I am 36 and have left spastic hemipligia. The neurologist thinks that I might have Multiple Sclerosis. So this is making me have tremendous pain and spastic problems on both sides of my body now. I was walking really ok up until a week ago and then my legs have just given out on me. Still trying to stay mobile though. It is hard though and painful as all can get out. I am so happy that you are happily married and have a full time job with the government.

Hi Lori, nice video...I had a friend with cp, rest her soul, she was the sweetest person I´ve known. Her name was Rocio, she was only 36 years old.

Thing is she also had this heart condition, heart failure took her away...

what else can be said.

I have CP. I am 14 yrs. old & it is really hard. i dont have such a severe case, I have a little speech problem. The doctors didnt even think i would be able to walk when i was born. I am very blessed all that i have to do for my CP is in elementary school i took OT & Speech therapy and i have to weae a brace, My wrist is like yours & i run track as a middle schooler :) Im so thankful for you and your video it makes me stop pittying myself!

Cerebral palsy, Autism Disorders, down syndrome, blindness, all types of disabilities make these people very special, it hurts me so much when a child is facing any disability, the question is why the children? But is even more difficult to understand why normal people really don't care and make stupid comments. Unreal

my daughter has CP i really glad u put ur Video out there and imparrissed of it, i hate when people look at my daughter like what happened to her? if people ask me qustions i dont mind answerin its good for people to understand! my daughter has epilesy seizres as well! when she was 5 weeks old she got meningitis and it leading to 3 strokes, so thats why now she is the way she is because of that! so people dont judge it could happen to any of our kids, like mine!
