You would have to use a thick cast iron pan in order to retain enough heat and the cooking time would still be longer than with a stove so you would end up with dry eggs. Spam sucks. I'd rather eat the cats.

Here's a tip.. make a few holes around the base of the spam can with a can opener. Then when you tip the can upside down, the spam will slide right out :)
