  • an other greate compound exercise for the biceps is pull ups on any angle on the bar dipending witch part of the bicep your hitting by adding disks from a belt or putting a dumbell acorss your knees dipending whats more cuftable for you thats greate for building mass on the biceps it also works the trapezius muscles along the back to help give a thickness along the back but it mostly works the biceps

  • zero form

  • downsyndrome form

  • total fail main ..if u continue with this way you will injured ur shoulders There should not be any Jerk also why ur neck is moving..Back exercise with i forget name is completely wrong & inefficient It a two step exercise 1st pull the dumbbell & then lower ur shoulder to the backward direction

  • @Fadsmashers I agree, I mentioned that to him, but he doesn't believe too much in form...it works for him and his desired look.

  • cool man keep up the good work

  • ok man just want to say, the only compound exercise he did was the bench press.

  • @wickedomar19 You're right, I use the title for word association. As long as there was one compound movement in there. I like to mix up footage into other videos.

  • Looks intense . What's a week routine look like , I'd like to start doing compounds and follow a good routine . Trying to get past the 205lb plateau . Thanks

  • @dafrankfuter Phil here has a split that goes as followed.

    MON- LEGS

    TUES- CHEST & TRICEPS

    WED- BACK & BICEPS

    THURS- SHOULDERS

    FRI- LEGS

SAT & SUN- REST OR CARDIO ONLY

    Lift heavy & with intensity!!

  • @minhoak Interesting that he does legs twice a week. I'm thinking about trying it out but don't want to overtrain. Is there a reason for doing legs twice a week?

  • @Crossroads551 it's okay to train a muscle group twice a week for specific gains, as long as you split them apart evenly throughout the week. Also make sure you are properly fed and your nutrition is on point, Good eating allows your body to recover before it falls into lethargy and over training.

  • @Crossroads551 I'm currently doing my back routine twice a week so I can pack on some size. I alternate from a heavy session; to a light session for contractions only. Try it out, trial and error is the only way to see how your body will respond to it.
