Does the graphics card your using, the Asus M4A785TD-V EVO have integrated graphics?? and does it have a maximum shared graphics of 512mb!? or is the site im looking at bullsh*t?? cos thats the exact same set up im hoping to buy soon, apart from the processor mine is a bit worse.
@cameron244333 yes the motherboard has integrated graphics but let me tell you: its crap. u can use it on desktop use but not for gaming. ive heard that u can also somehow use a real graphics card and this integrated together (if both ATI) but i dont know much about it. nice that ur getting a new comp =)
ps. i managed to play cod4 on low graphics without ripping my eyeballs out with that integrated graph card.
@zesi5 lol yeah i plan on getting a HD5770 1GB, but i read somewhere that this motherboard can only take 512mb of graphics (not including the integrated) is that true? or can you have any graphics card you want that fits the socket?
@cameron244333 Yes u can have any graph card that fits the socket, and the case. my hd5850 barely fitted my antec 902 u gamer. that integrated graph cards 512mb shared memory means it can use your comps RAM but thats of course not as fast as possible. hd 5770 is very good choice for its pretty low price and still awesome preformance. im not very happy for this hd5850. not becoz of the performance or anything, but the noice.
