so in this song... when joshua "finds out he can fly" or whatever... is he still dreaming? or is he like, a magical jesus giraffe? did he die? wtf happens in this song? my boyfriend says he is just dreaming again :( . but i think he's a magical giraffe! because "they haven't come back yet". i could also see it as a cryptic way of saying he died... but that's a little grim for kids. lol. (yeah, we're trying to sort this out now that we're 25...)

I remember being freaked out by this song even as a little kid. The plot kind of sounds like it was made up by a 3 year old. Joshua's friends come to let him out of his cage and then...... (what would be really cool, let's think...) oh, I know! He discovers he can fly! (WTF?!)
