@boy638 Since the Just For Laughs festival started in Montreal and they support this Just For Laughs tv show, a lot of these gags are filmed in Quebec. So it's French. Usually they don't do too much talky stuff, but in this case, since the Info Clerk is pretending to be deaf, it's funny to hear people trying to get help from him. They are e-nun-ci-ate-ing. When it takes this long to get help, some even say: "that's ok, I'll find it myself"

@AR1G3 which in english translates to "hallmark store", not "the shop hallmark". fyi hallmarks are either the card or until 2009 a "magazine". the shop would have sold the magazine hence my comment. please remember that these episodes are very old.
