Hi, at about 0:53 seconds in to the video it seems that you may have over-trimmed your sim card a bit to much. This means that the GeVey wont recognize your sim card. Hope this helps, go to 3:30 seconds on my GeVey sim troubleshooting video and that should help make things a bit clear.
i found if you turn off wifi and location services and 3g. (cant use 3g anyway) it works better for me. also to get welcome message just pop sim out then back in after a few seconds. or go to settings then phone then sim application and click english.
and u gotta have all the services on like 3g, cellular data and data roaming! on! and then dude in order to fix this just go to settings, phone scroll down to sim application select English and it will pop up! these scumbags dont tell you this they want you to buy a new one thats the way it was programmed!
