The first one you gain it beating Ark in Oilbert, but the second one it´s kinda hard, you got two choices: Beating Ozma,(the most difficult enemy ever seen in any FF, quite imposible:P) or you need to complete the game "Hot & Cold" in treasure nº22 The exterior Island 2, then you give it to Hades and he will make the Pumice Stone for you See ya

You need to defeat Ozma in the areial garden when you get the flying chocobo. You go to the hill behind and the moogle will warn you after, you fight Ozma. But, his the strongest monster from the game =/
