I agree with SandyEldAmerica. I too had to watch this for class and this was just confusing and the guy who did the punching should not have a a glove on, it would have been much better if it were his bare fist.

There is actually a gene that in some people leads to them having "spiritual experiences" and embracing religion/superstition more easily than others. We all have the gene, but I guess it has to work in combination with other genes or environmental influences to make people religious/superstitious, since only a certain percentage get that effect of the gene. I don't remember the name, but it was the "v-mat2-gene" or something. : )
