Alan absolute fantastic video matey! Really straight forward and clean. Well done. Can you please refer me to any books etc that have helped you along the way? Thanks alot. Keep up the good work.
@ffhsoapes I'll be sure to check out your site...your testimonial has me intrigued because I too am all for the "all natural". Cheers (I hope you deliver to UK)
Hello everyone thanks for taking the time to look at my post. I started making soap when i was 16 and now 18 having a small business with my mother. I suffered through acne when i was younger which is why i began to make my own soap knowing all natural is better. We are not out to make a huge profit so there is no expense spared when making our soaps. Please visit our site farmfreshhope (com) thank you have a good day!
Hey Alan, Congrats on your first CP soaping. I've been searching videos on Melt & Pour soap. Been buying my products to prepare for MY first batch. Although you're presenting CP, I enjoyed watching. Nancy Today is another wonderful person I've been keeping an eye on. Wishing you much success in soaping. Hope to make my own video some day. All the Best, Joey :)
LOL! I'm back! I enjoy watching Nancy today also. Now your bio says you're from Massachusetts, but with all those "dee" and "da" for "the" you've been in Hawaii awhile or at least hanging out wit da locals alot. Haha! Makes me feel at home listening to you. ^_^
I love the your videos I have been watching other videos and yours is about the best. Allen what kind of pot is that with the thermometer? I need one of those.
Hey, Thanks for the shout out! You did great! I found that if you add the lavender bud after the gel stage or after you take it out of the crock pot, it stays pretty. When added before it kind of looks like mouse poo. lol Ha ha about the stick blender.
i know it's gonna sound ridiculous but i'm making soaps as well and i also have a dog named ginger!!
Awwwww
Nice video by the way

okay did the oils cost a fortune? I also wanted to make perfume but I am going to start with cologne for my husband.
chinewmarie 2 years ago
Not a fortune but shipping to Hawaii from Thailand is a B***h! I probably spent about $300 on the 200 oils I have.

Thank you! I use a regular stockpot and I put in a candy/oil thermometer. It comes with an attachment so it stays where you want it.
