im a beginner at workout, i wanna know if i do this exercise will i hve more power and few more muscles?? and which muscle groups does this workout focus on ? plz answer quickly coz i wanna start practicing =) thanx
Thank you for this! Aside from the dumbbell rows, this looks a lot like what I did at roller derby practice a year ago (with skates on. My thighs were tree trunks).
Great video! OK so I'm very thin - no pecs, pretty much no muscle in arms. If I do this workout every 2 days properly, how long will it take for pecs to become defined and my arms to become bigger?
how can I make these exercises harder without doing more reps? like what type of weight can i add? i'm thinking of applying the Occam protocol with this routine.
@nareshisking every other day. On your alternate days, you can go for a long walk, fast jog, or some fun activity...the focus here is to keep pushing yourself to do more reps/lift heavier weight as you get stronger!
Will my arms get stronger as I do the 'girl' push-ups? It's just I can't do an ordinary push-up to save my life, and I badly wanna be strong enough to do one.
@AmmanValleyFreakOuts yes they will...or what you can do is try to do push ups on your stairs. start at the highest set you can reach to do "elevated push ups" and then as soon as you can do 3 sets of 10, move your hands down to a lower set of steps to make them tougher, and train there until you can do 3 sets of 10 at THAT level. Eventually you'll be on the bottom step, and then your hands will be on the floor!
I enjoyed this work out. It was a little easy for me, but I don't think it was quite easy enough to do your advanced workout. I'll just modify some stuff to make it a bit harder, but overall good job! I'm looking forward to exploring your site a little more
Hi there, a friend of mine posted your video on facebook so I'm bookmarking it. I'm interested in building muscle and working on my cardio and will give this a try. I know right now I'm really weak in the upper body and want to change that. You have a great attitude and seem really friendly; no fat shaming or body hate in your video.
the comments are hilarious. Saw this post on unclutterer archives...thought I'd try it out. My problem is, the workout gets easier the more milk I drink. ;)
Also when you do the rows with the milk bottle you want to make sure you range of motion is not too extreme, the end should be brought to the hip but the elbow shold go a lot farther than back line
you have to make sure to tell people how to do proper technique. Heels down during squats, no knees bent past toes in the lunges, keep a stable to core for planks etc...
This was my first attempt at posting a full workout video, wish I had gone more in-depth on my descriptions and tips for each exercise. I'll keep this in mind for future videos!
With the regards to the push ups, how many decline push ups would be equivalent to the 10 regular ones due to the increased weight / difficulty?

Great stuff, but I'd drop the music from the videos. Distracting and meant I had to concentrate way too hard to hear your instructions.

are these circuits good for burning fat or are they good for building muscle only?

This is helpful, but is it just me or is the country song a bit offputting and distracting?
Escpecially since there are lyrics.
Anyway, a good video despite that. I actually stopped watching the video at first because the song was getting on my nerves
