Definitely it is La cumparsita by Gerardo Matos Rodriguez. The orchestra will take longer to identify. It sounds like of those sextetos of the 1930's, like violinist Agelisao Ferrazzano. Let me work on it.
In the meantime thank you for the memories. Valorie and I where there on the far right hand corner.
